Point of Arrival to Carennac

If you arrive in France by air and prefer not to travel a very long distance by car from your arrival destination, there are car rental locations in most large towns within the region and in neighbouring regions.
You can travel from Paris on the train departing Paris Austerlitz going to Toulouse with stops at Limoges and Brive-La-Gaillarde (the closest major town to Carennac on this route). At Brive-La-Gaillarde, within 100 metres of the railway station there are both Avis and Europe Car outlets.

A bit further afield but a very pleasant drive (mostly on the auto route) at Limoges railway station there are also car rental outlets. However, please also take note that while car rental offices are open at the airport every day, other retail locations are generally closed on Sunday and for lunch (between 12.00pm and 2.00pm) on weekdays and Saturday.
